Malaysia is a country of diverse culture and distinct contrasts yet has attained phenomenal progress in recent years. Malaysia has 2 main regions: Peninsular Malaysia and the Malaysian part of northern Borneo in Southeast Asia. Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia, while Putrajaya is the seat of the federal government.
Among Malaysia's tourist destinations include: the KLCC (Petronas) Twin Towers (at one point the world's tallest building); Mt. Kinabalu in Sabah; Batu Feringgi in Penang; Langkawi, Kedah; Endau Rompin in Johor; Taman Negara in Pahang; and the Genting Highlands.
With its combination of conservatism and modern infrastructure, Malaysia tourism has grown by leaps and bounds over the past few years. Malaysia is indeed the place not just for travel and leisure and fun but for rejuvenation in other aspects of life as well.
